GREEN HOPE GATHERING

This time of year can be a so life-giving, especially when the sun is shining bright on the leaves of many colors. Or we find ourselves dreading the temperatures as they prepare us for the winter months soon approaching.

This can be a very difficult time. Every hard thing seems harder. We sometimes hole up in our homes, not to avoid the weather or temperatures, but to evade the expectations of others, or conceal the hurtful, sometimes harsh feelings we carry within.

We may be suffering because we have lost someone dear to us. It may be recent or long ago- the impact is still fresh. Or perhaps it is another kind of loss- a job, our health, a friendship. Or maybe it is the feeling that we must work longer hours or care for so many others who are hurting.

Figuring out what to do with our emotions when our hearts are full of grief is … well, overwhelming is putting it mildly. I get it. I’ve been there - am still there at times in my own story. It can feel like a very lonely journey.

Yes, it is true that we must wrestle with the way we handle our response to our losses. Yet we don’t have to do it alone.

That’s why you are invited to the GREEN HOPE GATHERING to support and encourage one another as we maneuver through this season…

THIS IS FOR YOU IF You want …

  • To have a safe and supportive enviroment for honest conversation

  • To not have to drive somewhere unknown (You can show up from your home in your jammies if that makes you more comfortable.)

  • To know you are not alone. Misery loves company, right? It helps to know you are not the only one who struggles.

  • A community of women who get what you are going through and are willing to walk with you.

  • A place to share openly and honestly and not be judged for what we are really dealing with.

P.S. Here’s what others have said:

TRESA: I signed up for Kathy's masterclass after the loss of my mom, thinking I had this grief holding me back, which I did. But what she shared made me realize that I was stuck in so many other places in my life and it was holding me back. I love kathy's way of helping you see what is going on and how you can move forward in a positive way, trusting God through the process. She gives you steps to take which helped me to move forward and release the grief and the stuck places. Thank you Kathy!

DONNA:  Thank you so much for helping me to think through some very important things that were truly affecting me.  I found just these few days to be a huge help.  As I said before, I now know I am not alone in the struggle and can think a little more clearly.   I am so appreciative of your help.  I almost feel like my old self again I just needed to acknowledge that sometimes we need help!!

DAWNITA:  I had no clue why God prompted me to join you this month, but boy howdy did he dig up some stuff I had festering pretty deep. He used you to clean out the wound and start my healing.

Join us for the GATHERING, won’t you?

Let’s do hold on to HOPE together.
