In early 2017, I earned a Professional Coach Certification (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) after receiving my coach training in 2011 at World Coach Institute (WCI) where I am now a head coach instructor. 

In 2016, I published my first book called Lovely Traces of Hope. Days after the sudden death of our 15-year-old daughter, Leisha, we found chapter one of a book she had begun to write.  I felt compelled to finish the story Leisha started. As you read it, you will find that it isn’t just Leisha's story- or mine, but an invitation to listen to your own story for the wealth of knowledge to be found. 

In the Fall of 2019, I completed my second book EnVision YOU: UnStuck and Confident for the woman who wants to make her remarkable difference but feels stuck. This book was born out of my own journey to move beyond my grief and loss to discover how I was changed and how I could influence my world being the real me. Will you join me in this journey?

I am the oldest of five kids in a pastor's family and grew up wanting to be a pastor's wife. I met my husband, Rennie, in high school and we pursued our studies at Grace College of the Bible in Omaha, NE (Grace University) followed by Dallas Theological Seminary. I received a double major in Bible and Church Music and along with my husband, have served in the local church ministry and worship leadership most of my adult life.

PROFESSIONAL AWARDS:

In March of 2014, Green Hope Coaching with Kathy Burrus was the 2nd place winner of the Ropp Triplett Business Plan Competition hosted by Bluffton Center for Entrepreneurs, Bluffton, OH.

In October, 2015, I was chosen for the SO NOW Network of Professional Women’s Business Award (now called the Jenn Wenzke Business Award in memory of our founder).  

Rennie and I live in the cornfields of northwest Ohio. We have two married daughters, Caitlin and  Jack, Brielle and Jason, and Leisha who I mentioned earlier. One of my favorite things is to gather family or friends to my kitchen table for a family dinner, a tea party with grandma’s china, or just a good cup of coffee and conversation.
