I've been getting a LOT of questions about the RIPPLES Experience. So, I thought I'd take a moment to answer some of the most common questions people have been asking me, all in one place.

Why do I need RIPPLES right now?
Just about every conversation I have had in recent weeks comes around to the uncertainty and chaos we are facing in our world today. Emotions are running high and doubts are countering our every move.
If ever there was a time to get clear on the difference you and I make in our world
- IT’S NOW!
We need to recognize that WHO we are and WHAT we were made to do is exactly why the Lord has us at this moment, in this time, to be and do what He created us to BE and DO!
We are here FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS.
Not only do we need to more fully understand the way God, our Creator, designed us - we need to learn how to use the VOICE he gave us.
Not only do we need to listen to the story that has shaped us and taught us - we need to see how God has shown up for us and the MESSAGE he has given to us to give to others in the process.
Not only do we need to recognize that our VOICE and our MESSAGE are significant in their own unique way - we need to see that this is part of the INFLUENCE we have and the leadership we give.
Yes, girlfriend! You are a leader! It may not be from a stage, or in front of a group, but someone is impacted by you and the decisions you make. I know that may frighten you - but you know that it is true. Whether it is your child, a co-worker, a friend or a whole community of people, you know what you do matters to someone. If you don’t, it is all the more reason to have this conversation.

What will you get in a RIPPLES?

When does it start?
The complete RIPPLES Journey takes place over the course of a year and it includes 3 Modules each lasting three months with a one month in between to implement your best next steps.
Yes! I hear that gasp! “You want me to commit to a full year?”
YES! I have women who come to me looking for an easy button to make life work better. I’VE wanted an easy button at times myself. But there is no quick fix to recognize and own our uniqueness. There is no fast track to listening to our story and identifying what the message is that we have to give. That takes time. It takes energy. It takes support & encouragment of others.
The year long commitment gives you that time, space and community to experience a lasting transformation. AND it offers the most benefit of transformation at the greatest value.
Embrace Your Authentic Voice starts September 11th - December 4th, 2024
We start with our voice because we need to discover our uniqueness and health before we can address the message we share and how we share it. We must KNOW and OWN our value & design before we will dare to see that our message is worth sharing.
Craft Your Legacy Message begins January 8th- April 2, 2025
We discover our message as we listen to our story- the good, the bad, the ugly. We must KNOW and OWN our whole story and the lessons we have learned from it, the victories we have had in it before we will dare to see that our message is not only worth sharing but life-changing for others too. Plus we need to be honest about our relationship with our Creator before we trust him to lead us on a path to making our difference.
Create Enduring Ripples is May 7th- July30th, 2025
NOTE: Must have completed RIPPLESVoice & RIPPLES Message to participate in this module.
We need to KNOW and OWN that our voice and our message are unique because we each influence our world in our own way. We must discover how who we are and what we say matters in a way that is meaningful to us as God created us.
Registration for the entire year beginning with RIPPLES Voice
closes Monday, Sept 25th at midnight.
Weekly Group ZOOM sessions for
Module 1 begin Wednesdays, at 1:00 pm (Eastern)
That’s 12 noon (Central) / 11:00 am (Mountain) / 10:00 am (Pacific)
Beginning September 27th and ends December 6th

Will I have to be/speak on camera?
Participation in the live ZOOM sessions is completely voluntary. We encourage you to keep your camera on and participate in the discussion as we’d love to get to know you and interact with you. A huge part of the beauty of RIPPLES is the interaction we have with one another.
If you are unfamiliar with ZOOM or if you need help with the tech, just let me know.

Are there recordings?
Yes, in the event you cannot make it live, the lessons will be recorded and added to the personal dashboard for registered participants to view on your own time.

How is this different from your other programs?
The RIPPLES program is a year-long commitment that is divided into three segments - each module lasting 3 months with a one-month buffer in between to implement your best next steps.
For the greatest benefit and value, RIPPLES modules are designed to build upon one another.
VOICE - MESSAGE - INFLUENCE Each module can stand alone if necessary, or go in a different order, however, I can not promise that RIPPLES as it is now will be repeated.The weekly connections via ZOOM builds added community and support. I have other groups that go for a year at a time, but they meet twice a month rather than weekly. So RIPPLES is more commitment, but the transformation and experience is deepened because of it.
And as I said earlier, it is possible to just sign up for Module 1:VOICE at this time instead of the whole year. When you decide to continue for the year, the price will be reflected in the cost of the remaining modules. If you choose not to continue, you will have significant benefit from identifying how you best use your voice in your world,

What if I don’t want to use my voice to speak from a stage?
For RIPPLES, you will quickly discover that your VOICE may or may not be used as a speaker or upfront leader. Infact your VOICE may be in how you serve, or create, or how you give whether that be financially or otherwise. The beauty of this study is to own your GOD DESIGNED way of communicating the GOD GIVEN message he has planted in you. If your voice is best from the stage, we will help you find stages. If your voice is more behind the scenes or one-to-one, we will help you get clarity on what will be most meaningful.

What are the payment options?
Registration for the year-long experience is $6000 if paid in full by September 25. The full payment option gives you two free months. Or, you may choose to pay $600 now and $600 every month for the year.

Girlfriend, are you doubting if you are worth that kind of investment in yourself——let’s talk. Not only are you are you worth it, but someone is your world needs you to be you - your voice, your message, your influence.
If the year-long commitment or the finances are an issue, please don’t let that stop you. Let’s at least have a conversation about this. As I said, it is possible to commit to one module at a time if necessary.

Is there a class size limit?
Yes, we have limited spots (6-8) available for this first time, so that we can have a more personal, interactive experience. Please register as soon as possible to save your spot.

Is there a guarantee?
Yes! We would never want you to be unhappy with the RIPPLES Experience. If you fully engage during the first 30 days and do not feel the group is going the direction you need to go, we will discontinue your commitment going forward. Just to clarify, to be fully engaged means that you show up for the ZOOM calls, you participate in the conversations, you do the ‘homework’ which are action steps you commit to in each session. I can promise you that you will see the greatest benefit from being fully engaged.
