Life is so full of circumstances and experiences that are both good and bad, happy and sad, celebration and grief. We often get tangled up in our emotions as we navigate our story’s WHOLE. It seems too challenging to pay attention to what is happening when so much is happening simultaneously from both extremes.

AND most of the time we really desire to do what God wants us to do. But we don’t know for sure what that is. Over recent months I have heard women (including the woman in my mirror) say things like…

Where are you, God?

Why aren’t you showing up?

Why don’t you do something?

Where is the easy button for life?

What do we do when...

  • life is so uncertain,

  • 'normal' is being reinvented every day,

  • we struggle to find direction because we have no place to go? 

What can we do to find a breakthrough in whatever life throws at us?

How can we move from loss, grief or a stuck place to a place of embracing who we really are and what we can do next with joy and grace?

My answer?  

S.N.A.P. is a 5 Day “taster” designed to help us to be still. to pay attention. to capture moments in our life (much like we might do with a camera) that help us

  • pay attention to what is happening around us.

  • really listen to the conversations we have.

  • SEE the people in the relationships we value.

  • to HEAR what God is inviting us to in this moment

It gives us space to recognize when our Creator God brings something into our life to touch the heart He planted within each of His beloved. That’s YOU and me.

Now I know you know this exercise is something you can do on your own. You don't need me
- or the S.N.A.P. Experience - to just BE STILL and pay attention to what is really going on around you. 

But the problem is - even when you have the very best of intentions, and even if you are a “take initiative, take charge” kind of girl, other things easily begin to crowd in. You get distracted with the urgent matters and pretty soon you realize you are not doing what you said you would do.  Even for 10 minutes. 

That's where S.N.A.P. can help give you direction and accountability to do what you already want to do.

  3. Day 3: Reflect on Divine Moments

    • Explore a reflective exercise to ponder and capture the divine moments that often go unnoticed.

  4. Day 4: Daily Gratitude Practice

    • Start a daily gratitude practice to foster a mindset of appreciation and recognition.

  5. Day 5: Confidence to Hear His Call

    • Experience a confidence-boosting exercise to help you actively listen and hear His call with calm assurance.

  • a journal that you can print off and record your thoughts. (or you can use one of your own)
